Win the morning, win the day. How you start your morning is how you show up for life. If you roll out of bed and go straight into stress, that's what you'll carry into the day. But if you take control, slow down for just two seconds, maybe meditate, maybe journal.

Maybe move your body a little bit, set yourself up and be very intentional about winning the day. You deserve it. Again, if you don't feel great, it happens. You're not going to always feel great, but we're being consistent and we're in a routine. So don't leave it to chance. Go design it, set yourself up for success in the morning and keep climbing.
